I believe every child deserves the opportunity to discover their potential.
For more than a decade, I've been opening doors for the next generation of innovators, helping young people see possibilities they never imagined for themselves.
As the Founder of Girl STEM Stars, I've partnered with leading technology companies, educators, and community organizations to introduce Black girls and young women to careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Through hands-on experiences, mentorship, and meaningful connections, I've witnessed how a single opportunity can change the trajectory of a life.
Today, I bring that same passion to stages, boardrooms, schools, and community organizations, inspiring audiences to lead with purpose, create opportunities for others, and build communities where every person has the chance to thrive.
Because when we invest in people, we don't just change individual lives.
I believe breaking down the barriers Black girls and women face in tech starts by investing in their STEM education, and exposing them to learning opportunities early and often. I also believe we must all collectively commit.
